Our story began long before Azrak opened its doors. For years, our family worked in restaurants—learning every corner of the kitchen, understanding what brings people back to the table, and most importantly, discovering the power of food made with heart.
Azrak was born from that passion. With roots in the Middle East and recipes handed down through generations, we set out to create a space where authenticity, quality, and hospitality come together. Every dish we serve is a reflection of our heritage—seasoned with tradition, cooked with care, and served with pride.
From Dishwasher to Dream Builder
Azrak began with a dream—and years of hard work in the restaurant industry. Our family spent decades learning the ins and outs of food service, from dishwashing to head chef. Along the way, we held on to something bigger: the recipes, stories, and flavors that brought us comfort and pride at home.
Opening Azrak wasn’t just a career step. It was a chance to share that part of our family with the world.
